As I reflect on my years of observing you in various roles of educational leadership, I am amazed at your exceptional level of skill and commitment to training boards of governance.  Professor, academic researcher, administrator, seminary and university president, and commissioner of education were all roles in which you excelled.

 

I observed you connect with governing boards of different levels in developing and challenging experiences of grown in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and North America.  I am excited to think that boards of many colleges, universities and seminaries can benefit from your mentoring.
