The Pastor as a Leader

Following the February 4-9, 2013 intensive module, “Building Better Boards” on the Nazarene Theological College, Brisbane campus, a young pastor in the class asked me a curious question. “Could he bring several younger pastors whom he is mentoring to the NTC campus for a few days of classes with me?”

From that discussion has developed a continuing education seminar on campus for May 20 – 22 with these four pastors and others from the area. Additionally, pastors and lay leaders throughout Australia and New Zealand can participate in the seminar  via video conference or skype by registering through NTC.

Click here  to access the Power Point presentation material I will modify as needed and use in the seminar. Not all the slides will be discussed. However, the material will be available to the pastors and lay leaders. I look forward to spending some quality time with these leaders “down under!”
